Using your Credit Card to Pay.
You can use all major credit cards to pay, however if you want to pay by American Express you must purchase through Paypal. The Paypal payment system is set up on the website and very easy to use.
Choose the piece of jewellery you would like to buy. Choose the colour if needed. Then click on Buy Now.
You will be taken through to the shopping basket. If you want to continue shopping for more jewellery click on Continue Shopping.
When finished shopping and you are back in the shopping basket area to calculate the cost of delivery enter your country from the drop down menu.
click on Recalculate.
You will now have the final total of your purchase.
Click on Go to payments.
You can now fill out your delivery address.
Click on Continue.
Choose your payment option. For example Credit Card or Paypal.(note you can only use your American express card on Paypal)
Click on Continue.
Fill out your card details. Click on Continue, your purchase will be made. The amount deducted from your bank account. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Ordering with Paypal
You follow the exact details as above until you get to the Payment Option Section.
Click on the Paypal button.
Complete the details.
PayPal is a securer provider.
PayPal is free for buyers and incurs no extra charges.
Paying by Cheque or Money order.
We only accept cheques and money orders from the U.K.
Send us an email through our contact form contact form requesting our Leeds address in the U.K. This is where the cheque is to be posted to.Choose what jewellery you would like to buy online. Add up the amount with an extra 3.99 for postage and packaging. Post the cheque to us.
You can confirm what you would like to purchase on the contact form including your postal address where you would like the order to be sent.
Once the cheque is received we will make up your order and get it out Asap.
Sending cheques and money orders is quite safe.
We have been receiving cheques now for 6 years with no problems.
Paying by Bank Transfer in the U.K.
You can make a bank transfer in the U.K. if you live there and do not have a credit card.
Send us an email through our contact form . We will then send you our Halifax Bank Account number and details so you can make a direct deposit at the bank.
Once received we will make up your order and get it out asap.
Telegraphic Transfer for overseas Customers.
You can also make a payment by telegraphic transfer anywhere in the World if you do not have a credit card to purchase online and you live outside of the U.K.
Send us an email through our contact form contact form . We will then send you our Halifax Bank Account number in the U.K.
You then go to your bank in the country you live requesting to make a telegraphic transfer.
They will ask you for our bank details in the U.K.
They will complete a form for you and the money is then sent through to the U.K.
We are notified then begin to make your order straight away and post it out to you.
NOTE: The bank will charge you a fee for doing the transaction.
It is possible and safe to do a bank transfer any where in the World.
