Sizing
The small nipple shields are 1 inch across in diameter. In the center of the the shield you can see a twisted nipple ring. The ring opens up to 1/2 an inch. The ring closes down to an 3/8 inch. That way the jewellery fits all different sizes of nipples. Very comfortable and totally secure to wear they won't fall off once tightened.
